It is a familiar occurance that chandelier pieces (crystals, bulbs, knobs) may fall during initial movement due to rust or long time neglect etc. So please use a company that knows what they are doing. We use a proven method to prevent any crystal breakage and we guarantee our work. Ladder work is dangerous and high chandelier servicing should be done by a trained professional. Chandelier cleaning service includes exterior cleaning of all surfaces. Light bulb replacement included if provided by customer.
